Payment Terms

Important Distinction

EchoTip is a software platform, not a payment operator.

These terms govern only the payment of the subscription for access to the EchoTip software. EchoTip is not involved in processing donations between Donors and Streamers.

1. Streamer Subscription

1.1. Access to EchoTip features is provided on a paid subscription basis. Current pricing is also available on the Pricing page.

1.2. Subscription pricing. EchoTip offers two paid tiers - Standard and Pro - plus a free Free tier (text-only donation alerts, no paid subscription required).

All prices are in Russian roubles; no VAT (operator under the Russian self-employment tax regime).

1.3. What each tier includes:

- Free - public donation page, real-time OBS overlay with text alerts, one alert sound, donation statistics and history. No TTS, audio or video donations. An EchoTip promo card is shown in the overlay between alerts. - Standard - everything in Free, plus text-to-speech voicing (Google voices), donor audio messages, video donations up to 3 minutes, up to five alert sounds, and no promo card. - Pro - everything in Standard, plus premium (ElevenLabs) TTS voices and full-length video donations.

All tiers include multi-currency support, a personal dashboard for page and overlay settings, and payment acceptance via YooKassa.

1.4. New streamers receive a 3-day Pro trial when they first create their page. After the trial ends, the streamer drops to the Free tier; an active paid subscription is required to use Standard or Pro features.

1.5. The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen period (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months).

1.6. Available payment methods: YooKassa (Visa / Mastercard / MIR bank cards, SBP, YooMoney, SberPay).

1.7. Service delivery: access to paid features is activated automatically within seconds of YooKassa confirming the payment. No physical goods are shipped - the service is digital and delivered through the personal dashboard on echotip.app.

1.8. Tax receipt: on each subscription payment, the operator automatically issues a cashless receipt through the Russian Federal Tax Service "My Tax" ("Мой налог") app and sends it to the email address provided at registration.

2. Renewal and Cancellation

2.1. The subscription does not renew automatically. The Streamer must manually pay for each new period.

2.2. The Streamer may stop using the Service at any time. Access to paid features is retained until the end of the paid period.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except: - The Service was entirely unavailable due to EchoTip's fault for more than 72 consecutive hours within the paid period - a pro-rata refund is issued for the period of unavailability; - cases required by mandatory provisions of Russian law.

3.2. To request a refund: [email protected] - please include the payment date and reason. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

4. Donations: Payments from Donors to Streamers

4.1. Donations are processed exclusively through the Streamers' own payment accounts. EchoTip is not the recipient, agent or intermediary in these transactions.

4.2. Donor funds are transferred directly to the Streamer's bank account or YooKassa wallet. EchoTip has no access to these funds, does not hold them, and cannot dispose of them.

4.3. The Streamer independently registers an account with YooKassa as a sole trader or self-employed person and assumes full responsibility for: - the accuracy of their account details; - compliance with the payment system's rules; - tax reporting for donations received; - resolving disputes with Donors.

4.4. All questions and complaints regarding payment transactions should be addressed to: - the Streamer - as the payment recipient; - YooKassa - as the payment operator.

4.5. EchoTip cannot initiate a refund of donations, as it does not hold the funds. Donation refunds are processed through YooKassa upon the Donor's request to the Streamer.

5. OAuth Authorization Security

5.1. To process donations, the Streamer connects their YooKassa account to the Service via OAuth (YooKassa partner programme). During authorization, YooKassa issues an access token to EchoTip - the Streamer does not manually enter any keys or passwords into EchoTip's settings.

5.2. The received access token is stored on EchoTip's servers encrypted at rest and is used solely for initiating payments within the Service.

5.3. EchoTip does not share the token with third parties. The Streamer may revoke access at any time in their YooKassa account settings or within EchoTip's settings - after which the token becomes invalid.

6. Region of Service

Services are provided across the Russian Federation without any per-region limitation. The service is delivered remotely over the Internet.

8. Operator Details
