YooKassa pulls from EGRIP:

  • Registered address
  • Primary OKVED code
  • Registration date

If something didn't pull - check the OGRNIP and wait 15-30 minutes (EGRIP data has a small lag after IP registration).

Enter your bank account details

Fields: account number, bank BIC. Get these from your bank statement or app - seeOpening a business bank account.

Account details entry form

The account must be **settlement** ("Расчётный счёт"), not a deposit or a personal savings account. Otherwise payouts don't arrive.

Fill in shop details

Same fields as for self-employed:

  • Name
  • **No website** - for EchoTip

Attach documents

IP requires more:

  • Passport scan (photo page + registration page)
  • **EGRIP entry sheet**
  • **USN application notice** (critical for VAT calculation if on USN)
  • Bank statement of account opening (optional, speeds compliance)
7

Sign the contract

The YooKassa offer contract is signed via UKEP. At this step:

  • If you have UKEP in Gosklyuch - sign there
  • If UKEP is on a token - use CryptoPro CSP or NashZnak
